Grandma Kuhn's Millionaire Fudge

Millionaire Fudge

4 qt. pot

5 cups sugar

1 can evaporated milk

1/4 stick margarine

Mix Well Before Cooking

Cook together till it forms a soft firm ball in cold water. Stir often while cooking.

Take from stove & Add 1 pint marshmallow

1-12 oz. pkg. Nestles Choc. Bits

pinch of salt & 1 and 1/2 tsp. vanilla

1 cup peanut butter (optional)

Stir until all dissolves

Beat it well and then pour into buttered dish or pan and let cool

Peanut Butter Cookies

1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup Crisco
1 cup peanut butter (always Skippy)
2 teaspoons soda
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt

Cream shortening, add sugar, eggs, peanut butter.

Add flour and soda mixed together.

Shape into small balls.  Press flat with fork.

Bake 10 min. in 350 degree oven.

Chip Dip

1 8 ounce package cream cheese
1 tablespoon milk
2 teaspoons chives
3/4 teaspoons worchestershire sauce
3 tablespoons ketchup
add more worchestershire sauce and ketchup if desired.
It should be pink not red when done.

Just mix all ingredients until it is ready to use.
