Dottie's Southern Burgers (Sloppy Joes)

1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion (diced)
3 tablespoons ketchup
3 tablespoons prepared mustard
10 1/2 oz  can Campbell's Chicken Gumbo Soup

(Mother says:  "Dottie adds chili sauce and horseradish to taste.")

Brown beef and onion in a little hot fat.  Stir in ketchup mustard and soup.

Simmer until mixture has thickened a little (about 15 mins)  Spoon over toasted split buns.  May be made early, refrigerated and reheated.

Makes 6 servings.
