3 cups sweet potatoes, mashed
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. milk
TOPPING:
1/3 c. butter
1 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. flour or corn starch
1 c. chopped pecans
Mix together and put in 9x13 pan or baking dish. Mix topping and place on top of sweet potatoes. Bake 25 mins. at 350 degrees.
Mom noted: "Can put together the night before."
