Veal Casserole

1 lb. cubed veal
2 tbsp. lard
1 1/2 cup sliced celery
2 small onions diced
10 1/2 ounce of cream of chicken soup
1o 1/2 ounce can cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery soup
1 to 12 (yes 12???? Carrie) soup cans of water
2 to 3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/c cup uncooked rice

Heat oven to 325 degrees

Roll meat in flour, brown in fat over medium heat, stir in rest of ingredients. Pour into a 2 quart baking dish.

Bake uncovered 1 1/2 hours uncovered.

Serves 6.
