Eloise Magnuson's Appetizer

This is a great appetizer before a big meal, or could be used as a palate cleanser between courses of a big meal. Eloise served this before a Thanksgiving meal one time. I thought it was great!

You will need the following:

Champagne Glasses for as many people as you are going to serve;
Large Container of Lime Sherbert;
1 liter bottle of 7-UP.

Place a generous scoup of lime sherbert in each champagne glass;
Gently pour 7-UP over the top of the sherbert, being careful it doesn't fizz up to quickly;
Serve Immediately.
