Liver Dumplings

3 slices of white bread trimmed
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons of butter in skillet
1/4 cup of minced onions in skillet
1/4 cup parsley in skillet

saute butter onion and parsley and cool.

1 pound of ground liver

1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 tablespoons flour
2 eggs

saute in skillet for ten minutes.
