Grace's Butter Scotch Custard Pie

1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter
8 tablespoons milk

Boil until sugar is melted.

1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon corn starch
2 cups of milk
2 eggs

Bake crust, add filling beat white of eggs and a a little sugar. Spread over top and brown.

  1. THIS is an important post. Try it just as custard without the crust. There used to be trays of Pyrex cups of this in the refrigerator.
