Chocolate Fudge

2 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. evaporated milk
3/4 jar fluff
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon vanilla
12 oz. semi sweet chocolate pieces

Combine first 5 ingredients. Stir over low heat until blended.
Bring to a boil over moderate heat, being careful not to mistake air bubbles for boiling. Then boil slowly, stirring constantly for five minutes.
Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate and vanilla until chocolate is melted. Then turn into a buttered 9 x 9 pan and cool.

  2. OH! And there's either a separate recipe or a variant of this that's called 'Peanut Butter Fudge'.
