Grace's Wedding Cake Frosting

2 cups sugar
1 cup water
2 teaspoons vinegar

boil to soft ball

2 egg whites (stiff, not dry) warm. When hold a peak cool a little.
1/2 cup powdered sugar a tablespoon at a time.
